Experimenting with combining different sizes and mixing plain and printed patches. You’ll be using a sewing machine but no previous experience is required.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cu\u003eDay 3 – (half day)\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a slightly shorter day, which leaves you time for shopping or spending some time in Rye or the surrounding areas. In the morning, you’ll finish your patch work, transforming it into a wall hanging that can be used around the home or hung on the wall. Approximately from 10am – 2pm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cu\u003eDay 4\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA day of experimenting, where you can choose from; finish wall hanging or make another smaller piece of patchwork, needlepoint, chicken scratch embroidery. Participants won't need to be limited to one activity on this day, you can pick and choose.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the evening you’ll head out for a farewell supper with Miesje and your fellow students to toast all your hard work!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cu\u003eSaturday \u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSaturday is a free day for you to have a relaxed day in Rye after a week of sewing. Re visit your favourite Rye spots, get some last minute fabrics at the shop or go further afield to somewhere like Hastings or Great Dixter and have a day out with your new friends\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cu\u003eSunday \u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCheck out by 10am.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are 6 rooms at The Grove and accommodation is included.
