Juno Elasticated Waist Hack

Our pattern hacks are often inspired by alterations and tweaks made by our staff and customers. This one was Sasha's idea! A simple change to our Juno culottes pattern creates the perfect, wide leg, live in, elasticated trousers. The adjustment doesn't affect the shape of the Junos at all but removing the zip fly from this pattern instantly transforms it into a quicker and more beginner-friendly make. We are all planning a pair! You could make your elasticated Junos in anything from a swishy linen to a more structured lightweight canvas or corduroy. Here we've made ours in our Navy Puppytooth Japanese cotton/linen for the perfect transitional trouser as we move slowly into Autumn. Jess is wearing them with the Celeste in Portland.
