A mid weight twill in a blend of wool and cotton. A beautiful weight for a lot of our patterns, for any that will be close to the skin we would recommend lining them. It would make a wonderful winter Shepherd skirt.

This is an overstock fabric. Overstock fabric is excess fabric from fashion designers, movie sets, and fabric mills that is no longer needed for the job it was originally intended for. It is not reorderable, so when it’s gone, it’s really gone.
