This autumn, the Pocket Studio (situated in the middle of the redesigned V&A shop) will host a series of demonstrations that shine a spotlight on textiles. We will be there hosting a sewing demonstration on Friday 20th October, making the Field Belt and the Orton oversized tote bag.
The demonstrations are free to attend and the V&A will also be selling exclusive kits containing the fabric, pattern and hardware for both items.
Other demonstrations will be happening in the space right through to the 8th December, so it’s a great opportunity to just drop in if you are in London and see various makers at work.
