Cotton Chambray

A soft light weight denim in a rich indigo blue. This fabric could be used for many different patterns, shirts, tops, light weight trouser and dresses. We would make some Winnie pyjamas or and Niven dress.

This is a deadstock fabric. Deadstock fabric is excess fabric from fashion designers, movie sets, and fabric mills that is no longer needed for the job it was originally intended for. It is not reorderable, so when it's gone, it's really gone!

• 147cm wide.
• 4.5oz, 150gsm.
• 100% cotton.
• Country of origin: Italy.
• For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
• As all computer monitors show colours differently, we recommend ordering a sample of the cloth to check it is the right colour and weight for your project.
