Handwoven Cotton Stripe

A natural ecru handloom with orange stripes running parallel with the seledge. An Indian cotton that would be perfect for a heavier shirt like an Arbor  or a chore jacket from the Workwear book. It would also be great around the home as tablecloths, napkins, cushion covers etc.

• 116cm wide.
• 7.4oz, 250gsm.
• 100% cotton.
• Pattern repeat: 2.4cm. Large stripe width: 0.8cm, small stripe width: 0.1cm
• Country of Origin; India.
• For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
• Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble dry.
• As all computer monitors show colours differently, we recommend ordering a sample of the cloth to check it is the right colour and weight for your project.
