Make a Leather Card Holder

Spend a relaxing afternoon in the Merchant & Mills studio with Ali from Francli Craftwear making this leather card holder. You will be able to emboss your leather using our tools, anything from A-Z! Your leather holder will develop a beautiful patina over time, gradually darkening with sunlight and use. The leather is oak bark tanned shoulder from J&FJ Baker tannery in Colyton, Devon - the last remaining traditional oak bark tannery in the UK.

This is a beginner workshop, you don’t need any prior experience working with leather or sewing to attend.

The class will run from 1 – 5pm, and you’ll be breaking for Tea/Coffee and locally made cake and snacks in the afternoon.

All leather and use of the tools are included in the class fee.  

Please note you cannot select your card holder colour ahead of time, Ali will be bringing a random selection with her.
