Indian Hand Dyed Cotton

This cloth comes in 3m pieces, entering 1 in the quantity box you will receive a 3m piece. If ordering more than one, it will not be a continuous piece but in 3m lengths.

A unique hand dyed Kala cotton created by folding the fabric, clamping it tightly with wood, then bound with ties and then dyed. it would make a beautiful skirt or dress with careful placement of the bold shapes! Sadie Bloom is a brown coloured cotton with a black polka dot design.

• 120cm wide.
• 100% summer weight organic cotton.

• Please note: Indian hand-printed cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
• This fabric is hand dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running.
• Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble dry.
• As all computer monitors show colours differently, we recommend ordering a sample of the cloth to check it is the right colour and weight for your project.
