Ripstop Organic Cotton

A strong and durable water resistant wax cotton ripstop in a bright blue with a slight translucency to it. This wax ripstop has a waxy handle so you might want to using barrier lining when making clothing.

Ripstop is woven with reinforced yarns which creates a grid like pattern on the cloth. This makes the cloth super strong and prevents it from tearing, hence its name 'ripstop'. This cloth would be ideal for bags, jackets, trousers and coats. Items of clothing that will get a lot of wear. We would make a Jack tar bag or a Denham jacket.

• 6.25oz, 212gsm.
• 100% BCI cotton.

• Do not wash. Do not iron.
• As all computer monitors show colours differently, we recommend ordering a sample of the cloth to check it is the right colour and weight for your project.
